The EV Premium+ line has many options for homeowners to take charge and improve their indoor air quality (IAQ): 


Touchscreen Control+ (TC1+):

A wall-mounted 4-inch color touchscreen control accessory, single and multi-family home occupants can easily adjust ventilation modes based on internal or external air quality needs as well as their personal preferences.


Flexible Ventilation Options:

Occupants can use the touchscreen to activate an on-demand boost mode timer for a range of timed options at the high speed setpoint during substandard IAQ events. 
When outside air conditions deteriorate, for example with high levels of 2.5 PM from wildfires, the homeowner can temporarily activate standby mode shutting down both supply and exhaust ventilation. 
While in standby mode, when ventilation is activated by any control (e.g. countdown timer in the bathroom), only the exhaust fan will be activated. Once outside conditions become favorable, the homeowner can disengage standby mode and revert back to standard operation.

Does it come with a warranty?

All RenewAire ERVs come with an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for the static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all commercial products have a two-year warranty.

What's the returns policy?

HE07 units are made to order and are therefore cannot be returned once it ships from the factory.
